Chris Rumore is a consultant in the property and development team. Chris has practised in areas of commercial property and general commercial work.

Chris has acted for property developers, corporations, property trusts, institutions and government departments and instrumentalities on all manner of property transactions. He has written a very substantial number of articles and has given numerous seminars on topics related to property law.

Chris has particular expertise in the structuring of complex property development transactions including joint venture, project delivery, project management and syndication arrangements.

Chris was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in March 1974. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. Chris has a LLB (1974) and a LLM (Hons) (1985). Chris joined the legal practice in 1972 and became a partner in 1976.

Chris is a member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW).

Chris was named in Doyle's Guide 2016 as a recommended property and real estate lawyer in Sydney.
