Claire Day is a partner in the property and development team. She has over 10 years' experience in the property industry, including residential and commercial conveyancing involving large and complex strata and community title developments.
Claire has had extensive experience acting for retail landlords and tenants, both large and small. She acts for large development companies and small-scale property developers providing cost-effective advice to a broad range of clients.
Claire has extensive experience negotiating and finalising contracts, attending to all aspects of the conveyancing process, and excels in managing a large and diverse practice. She manages a large development team of several lawyers and 6 licensed conveyancers and paralegals.
Claire acts for a number of major property clients, including AVJennings Properties Limited, Henley Properties Pty Ltd (and related entities), Coweley Australia Pty Ltd (and related entities), St George Community Housing, BaptistCare, CWG International, EcoWorld International, Alda Property Group and Simonds Homes Pty Ltd.
Claire completed her law degree from the University of New England in 2011 and her conveyancing certificate from Macquarie University in 2005. She joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2008.
