Claire joined Colin Biggers & Paisley's property and development team in 2008 and became a partner in 2018. She has over 10 years of experience in the property industry, including residential and commercial conveyancing involving large and complex strata and community title developments. 

Claire has extensive experience acting for large and small retail landlords and tenants. She also acts for large development companies and small-scale property developers providing cost-effective advice to a broad range of clients. 

Claire has extensive experience negotiating and finalising contracts, attending to all aspects of the conveyancing process, and excels in managing a large and diverse practice. She manages a large development team of several lawyers and six licensed conveyancers and paralegals.

Claire's major property clients include AVJennings Properties Limited, Henley Properties Pty Ltd (and related entities), Coweley Australia Pty Ltd (and related entities), St George Community Housing, BaptistCare, CWG International, EcoWorld International, Alda Property Group and Simonds Homes Pty Ltd. 

Claire is listed in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia for her expertise in Real Property Law.

Claire completed her law degree from the University of New England in 2011 and her conveyancing certificate from Macquarie University in 2005. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW in 2012.
