Dalvin Chien is a special counsel in the corporate and commercial team at Colin Biggers & Paisley.
Dalvin is widely experienced in commercial law and provides both specialised and general legal counsel in various market sectors including technology, telecommunications, government, construction and hospitality. His clients include large and small organisations, government bodies, industry associations and technology suppliers.

Dalvin is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He holds a Masters of Law in government and commercial law. In addition to his practice, he also teaches 'Commercial Drafting,' a Masters of Law course at the Australian National University.
Dalvin has been recognised by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 directory as a 'Next Generation' lawyer in IT and Telecoms.
