Junior Paralegal Assistant - Property

Opportunity for a junior paralegal assistant to join our Property group in our Sydney Office

About the role:

Responsibilities include: 
  • Day to day administrative tasks assisting our busy off-the-plan apartment sales conveyancing team.
  • Maintaining and updating internal and client data bases with accurate contract information.
  • Assisting with the preparation of and issuing standard form sale contracts and agency agreements.
  • Investing deposits and collating purchaser information from counterparties.
  • Direct client liaison and real time reporting.
  • Assisting with settlement preparation.  
About you:  
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administration or paralegal role
  • Available to work full time
  • Previous experience ideally in a professional services environment (highly desirable)
  • Excellent client service
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and written skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, respond promptly and effectively to clients
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products and document management systems like Salesforce and iManage.
