It is a chance to give you an insight into our culture, meet some of our people and to decide whether we're the right fit for you.

1: Mark your calendar
First, make sure to check out the critical dates for applications on our website so you don't miss out.
2: Submit your application
When you apply through the website, you'll be asked to fill in some details about yourself, answer a few questions and upload your CV and university transcript (so have these ready before you begin). Have a look at our application and interview tips
before you apply.
3: Let's chat
If your application is successful, you'll be contacted by our Human Resources team for a video interview. We'll ask you some questions about yourself, your legal studies and what your aspirations are for the future.
4: Come on in
If you are successful in moving on to the next round, you'll be asked to come into our offices for an interview with two members of our Human Resources team. We'll ask you to give us some more information about yourself, what you would like to get out of your career, where you aspire to be and why you want to be a lawyer at Colin Biggers & Paisley. This is our chance to get to know each other. A second round of interviews with our graduate recruitment partners will follow before we make an offer.
