Ashleigh is a senior associate in the Planning, Government, Infrastructure & Environment team, with considerable experience advising and acting for local governments and private clients across all areas of planning and environmental law.
Overview
Ashleigh regularly represents clients in complex planning and environment related litigation, including merits appeals, declaratory proceedings, enforcement matters, and infrastructure-related disputes. Ashleigh has a proven track record of obtaining optimal outcomes for clients.
Ashleigh also has experience drafting complicated infrastructure agreements and advising clients on strategy and policy decisions, planning and environment law, and the drafting of planning scheme instruments and policies.
Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (with majors in geography and peace and conflict studies) from the University of Queensland, along with a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. Ashleigh was admitted to practice in Queensland in 2022 and is also entitled to practice in any federal court.
