A senior associate in Colin Biggers & Paisley's insurance team since 2023, Ben's practice is focused on compensation and general liability claims.
He has experience acting for clients in common law and statutory recovery claims made under the provisions of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) and the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic), as well as occupiers' liability and product liability claims.
Ben has experience in transport law, having previously been involved in subrogated recovery actions against road and sea carriers arising from the carriage of goods, as well as dust diseases litigation.
Ben has a Bachelor of Arts/Law from Monash University and was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2016.
