A special counsel in the Insurance team since 2022, Jessica has over 15 years' experience in insurance claims gained in multiple roles both in-house and in private practice. Jessica's areas of expertise include professional indemnity, financial institutions and directors and officers' liability, coverage disputes, and, more recently, in institutional historical abuse cases.
Throughout her career, Jessica has advised insurers, policy holders and professionals on financial services regulation, risk management, commercial disputes and coverage disputes.
Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked in practices in Sydney, Melbourne and London.
Jessica was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court on 26 August 2005, and to the High Court on 21 December 2009. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Law degree (JD) from Monash University.
