A senior associate in the construction and engineering team since 2023, Kyle's practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
His experience acting for corporate developers, contractors, and individuals is broad and extends across complex litigation, adjudication, expert determination, and mediation.
Kyle regularly appears in the Supreme, District and Local courts and the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
He also advises clients with respect to contract administration and statutory liability, including under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW), Home Building Act 1989 (NSW), Design & Building Practitioners Act 2020 (NSW) and Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Kyle joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2012 while we has studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts. Kyle was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 24 May 2019 and the High Court of Australia in 2019.
