A senior associate in Colin Biggers & Paisley's employment and safety team since 2023, Tyrone advises on a range of employment and industrial relations matters with a focus on enterprise bargaining, employment contracts, discrimination, general protections and unfair dismissal, restraint of trade, industrial disputes and case management. 

He frequently represents clients in various courts and tribunals including the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Circuit Court and the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.

Tyrone's knowledge and experience allows him to provide strategic, commercial and pragmatic advice to clients. 

Tyrone also has extensive experience in local government and has acted in civil litigation matters in the Magistrates Court. He advises on a range of local government related matters and has acted in prosecutions and sentencing hearings in the Magistrates Court for offences under local government related laws.

He was admitted as a solicitor in 2018 and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Tyrone is a qualified Justice of the Peace and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Business (Major in Human Resource Management), Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Diploma of Community Welfare Work.
