Colin Biggers & Paisley recommended by Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2016

Ten partners at Colin Biggers & Paisley have been recommended by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2016, including two who are listed in its elite leading lawyers list. The guide has also recommended the legal practice's construction, insurance, transport and real estate teams.
 
Patrick Monahan (insurance) and Andrew Tulloch (transport) are both listed as outstanding lawyers in the Asia Pacific region.
 
Brad Kermond and Stephen Carcano are recommended in construction. Greg Skehan, Jonathan Newby, Keith Bethlehem and Patrick Monahan are recommended in insurance. Stuart Hetherington and Andrew Tulloch are both recommended for transport. Brendan Maier and Gary Newton are recommended in real estate.
 
Of note, the Legal 500 website states that Stephen Carcano "is recognised for advising contractors on ‘mega projects’", and that Jonathan Newby is a "first-class operator". It states that clients consider Gary Newton as "one of Sydney’s best when it comes to leasing" and that Brendan Maier is "particularly good at acquisitions and the structuring of property transactions".
 
The Legal 500 website further recognises Colin Biggers & Paisley as standing out "for its expertise and track record in professional indemnity", as well as having "a strong marine insurance focus".
