Bianca has been a member of Colin Biggers & Paisley's property and development team since 2014 and became a special counsel in 2024. Bianca has over twelve years of experience in commercial property law.
Bianca has extensive experience in commercial property and projects, commercial, retail and telecommunications leasing, licensing, access and works deeds, acquisitions and disposals, easements, covenants and property advisory work.
Bianca acts for a broad range of clients including landlords, tenants, property developers/owners, receivers and managers and mortgagees exercising power of sale and has particular expertise acting for local governments and public sector clients.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. She was admitted as a solicitor on 24 October 2011 and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
