David Chong

Overview

David has worked across a variety of large and complex matters, and has multi-state litigation experience. David enjoys working with a range of clients pursuing varied claims objectives whilst maintaining open, honest and transparent lines of communication.

He has pushed himself professionally since the start of his legal career and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in defending claims on behalf of landlords, principal contractors, licensed premises, occupiers, managing agents, cleaning contractors, retailers, host employers and labour hire companies.  

David holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW on 4 July 2008 and in the High Court on 14 July 2010.
