A solicitor in the insurance team since 2020 and a senior associate since 2023, has eight years of experience acting for plaintiffs and insurers across public liability, property damage, professional indemnity, workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident claims.
Fred has defended numerous claims for and on behalf of occupiers, commercial building owners, principal contractors, subcontractors and property developers within NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT.
He has acted on behalf of optometrists, psychologists and other allied health professionals in relation to complaints made against them to the Health Care Complaints Commission, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and the Health Complaints Commissioner. He has also defended a claim for alleged negligent treatment resulting in serious injuries by a chiropractor and has acted for a Chinese acupuncturist in an investigation by a governing body in relation to allegations of breaches of national codes of conduct and professional standards.
Fred has completed secondments at both Chubb and Proclaim.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Fred holds a Bachelor of Commerce. Fred was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2015.
