Kylie has broad experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, and regulatory investigations, and has represented a range of clients across a diverse set of industries. Adopting a commercial yet assertive approach to her matters, Kylie delivers practical solutions for her clients. She takes the time to understand her clients' objectives, is quick to grasp their specific concerns, and develops effective strategies to achieve their goals. Kylie's clients value her clear advice and personable nature.
Kylie conducts litigation predominantly in the Magistrates' County, and Supreme Court of Victoria, and in the Federal jurisdiction, and has also practiced as a solicitor in New South Wales, conducting matters in the Local Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales. With a background in biomedical science, Kylie is known for her analytical skills, critical thinking, and high level of attention to detail, aptitudes which complement her litigation practice.
Kylie was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in August 2017 and to the High Court of Australia in December 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University.
Kylie also completed the Advanced Certification (Advanced Insolvency) with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA) in 2018.
