A special counsel in the property and development team since 2018, Natalie has over 18 years of experience in the property industry.
 
Natalie has significant experience in commercial transactions and advises property developers and investors on transactions and issues across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. Her expertise involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating option agreements and contracts, and ancillary documents such as deeds of novation and licences, as well as conducting legal due diligence during acquisitions. Additionally, she has a comprehensive understanding of the retirement villages sector and has advised developers and operators on acquiring, establishing and operating facilities.
 
In addition to her focus on commercial transactions, Natalie also acts for private landlord clients and national tenant clients in respect of commercial and retail leasing including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements for leases, amendments to leases, works and incentive deeds, deeds of settlement for make good obligations, deeds of consent to assignment and deeds of surrender.
 
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology. Natalie was admitted to practice in January 2005 in the Supreme Court of Queensland and is also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.
 
Outside of work, Natalie is a busy mother to three young children and enjoys exercising and fitness outside of work and family life.
