Stuart Jackson

Overview

A special counsel in Colin Biggers & Paisley's Property & Development team, Stuart specialises in real estate law across residential and commercial property developments, government property, renewable energy, industrial, tourism and agribusiness sectors.

With over 14 years of post-admission experience, Stuart specialises in real estate law with a strong focus on property disposals and acquisitions for major developments and government projects. He advises both private and public sector clients on strategic site transactions, such as divestments and acquisitions, aligned with infrastructure and planning objectives.  Stuart also brings deep expertise in preparing and negotiating complex documentation, including contracts, retail, commercial and ground leases and access arrangements, along with conducting property due diligence for large-scale projects, particularly renewable energy developments across multiple jurisdictions.

He is a member of both the South Australian and New South Wales Law Societies and actively contributes to industry discussions and legal forums.

He was admitted to practice as a solicitor and barrister in the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia in January 2010.
