Successfully defending an individual charged with foreign bribery by the Australian Federal Police in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. This was the first foreign bribery trial under section 70.2 of the Criminal Code (Cth) to run to a verdict.

Defending an individual charged with preparing for an act of foreign interference by the Australian Federal Police. This is a novel offence which has not previously been prosecuted in Australia.

Talitha has a strong sense of professional responsibility to advocate for social justice and human rights. She is on the advisory group for the Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation, whose core focus is to promote and protect the rights of women, children and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples through pro bono legal services, volunteering and charitable contributions. Talitha also volunteers at Refugee Legal, defending the rights of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.
Talitha has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2013.
