With over a decade of experience navigating Queensland's planning landscape, Murray brings deep expertise in residential, commercial and industrial development. His practical insights and strategic thinking have helped shape successful outcomes for clients across South-East Queensland. Join us as Murray shares his perspective on the future of property development, planning challenges and opportunities in the region.

Kirsty has served as CEO of the Urban Development Institute of Australia Queensland since 2018, bringing a wealth of sector expertise to the role. Prior to becoming CEO, she led the Institute's policy, research and sustainability business units, having joined in 2006. Kirsty has directly overseen the growth of UDIA's EnviroDevelopment program, was instrumental in establishing the Research Foundation, and has extensive experience engaging on state and local government policy. She holds first class honours in Environmental Management, postgraduate qualifications in Conservation Biology and Urban and Regional Planning and serves on the Board of Stanwell.

Todd has over 33 years of experience across property funds management, valuation, sales and leasing, direct development, development management and structured finance. He specialises in real estate finance, feasibility analysis and transaction management, with particular strength in development management and deal origination. His previous roles include Babcock & Brown (property and capital markets), Associate Director – Infrastructure Capital at ABN AMRO, General Manager – Units and Townhouse Division at Devine Ltd and Director of Queensland Investment Sales at Savills.
