He is regularly engaged as coverage and monitoring counsel for both Australian and London market insurers to advise on complex coverage disputes.

Trevor's practice currently focuses on high profile class actions and regulatory investigations, which is complimented by his extensive experience acting as defence counsel in litigated disputes. Trevor has extensive knowledge of the highly regulated environments in the insurance and financial services industries and has acted for clients subject to ASIC investigations.

Trevor has two decades of experience advising on claims involving professional negligence, financial services compliance and contractual disputes as well as property damage, construction PI, industrial special risks, employment practices liability, and warranty and indemnity claims. He also been called on to assist underwriters with policy drafting and interpretation.

Trevor has worked with a broad range of insureds such as listed national financial institutions including banks and financial planning and wealth entities, international mining companies, listed education providers, engineers, architects, stockbrokers, property developers and mortgage and business brokers.

Trevor obtained degrees in law and commerce from the University of Western Australia. He was admitted to practice in 2003 in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and has since been admitted in New South Wales, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia.
